PLANETKULT Phase 1

Dialogue: Die Umsiedlerin oder das Leben auf dem Lande

The PLANETKULT series is an artistic-scientific experiment structured in three consecutive phases: Dialogue, Field Academy, and Theater. Through these different formats, art and science come together to explore possible futures for life on Earth. Are new forms of coexistence possible between humans, other species, and their environment?

In the first phase, andcompany&Co. are guests at Brecht-Tage ’26. The group is planning a rewriting of Heiner Müller’s play Die Umsiedlerin oder das Leben auf dem Lande and, together with B. K. Tragelehn, who premiered the play with Müller in 1961, presents a first (dress) rehearsal.
